Today’s little moments turn into tomorrows best memories. I often have to remind myself of this when my girls are squealing and chasing each other while the pizza guy shows up and the dog wants to lick him (and the pizza) to death.
Hi, I’m Rachel, I am a mom of two little girls, Melody and Emory. The craziness rarely stops. I try to come up with many activities that are simple to get through the day in a fun way, so I am not laying on the floor deep breathing next to a stack of cookie dough at the end of the day (though some days do end that way). I am a wife to a wonderful husband. He tries his best to keep up with the girls in his life. To date, he still doesn’t quite know all the Disney princesses.
I found myself quickly becoming restless when I left my job as a teacher to stay home with my littles. I wondered how in the world I was going to get through the days without going crazy with boredom. I also wanted to make the most of my time with my girls. Hence, Todays Little Moments. I wanted a place to share my projects, activities and trips with my girls so that other moms can use them too. All my activities can be done with basic craft items and things found in your home. They are fun, engaging and really build your relationship with your kiddos.
